Daler-Rowney Goldfinger is a unique, all-purpose, rub-on metallic paste that offers the perfect solution for the restoration of antiques and gilding. Goldfinger paste beautifully rejuvenates tired items for a professional finish. Goldfinger canalso be used in a mixed-media approach, as an oil paint.
An all-purpose painting paste: Goldfinger can be used on a variety of surfaces in addition to wood, however the drying behaviour will ultimately depend on the surface in question. It can be used for anything from the restoration of antiques to gilding picture frames or for stencilling, plaster, clay or wood decoration, mouldings for imitation ormolu furniture, textiles, leather, plastics, model making and greeting cards. We recommend small tests prior to commencing major projects.
Ideal for framing and painting: Easy to use, Goldfinger can simply be applied with a soft cloth or nger and after a short time can be buffed to a ne lustre. It produces a professional nish with no signs of metallic particles or smears. For intricate work, Goldnger can be thinned with white spirit or turpentine and used with a brush.
